Word Of Mouth is a reaction to media overload - our trust is being undermind by the increase in marketing messages surrounding us - we are being spammed through our daily lives, not just in E-Mai - how then do we cut through the clutter as marketeers to engage and talk to people, to tell them of our brialliant products and services.....

UGC - How is user generated content going to affect the landscape , media compaines are no longer the guardian of entertainment and content, what will be the effects of You Tube in 5 years time - a relative unknown 18 months ago to now one of the highest page impression sites on the web.
